I take this opportunity to express my warm wishes to students and Teaching & support staff of  Air Force  School  Gurgaon.

I recollect the words of Thomas Edison that “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration”, so our work defines us. Let’s be inspired by the Sun and burn like it to shine high and bright.

There is a famous shloka in our Sanskrit:

“ न चौरहार्यं न च राजहार्यं, न भ्रातृभाज्यं न च भारकारि।

व्यये कृते वर्धते एव नित्यं विद्याधनं सर्वधन‌ं प्रधानम्!” –

It implies that, wealth of knowledge is the most superior wealth as neither it can be stolen by thieves nor it can be divided amongst brothers. If spent regularly, it keeps growing day by day.

I sincerely urge the teachers and parents to invest in these young brains, who are torch bearers and future of our country. The generation today is multi-talented,            tech-savvy, spirited, ambitious but also sensitive. It is our earnest duty to nurture these young minds with high-quality education driven by our rich cultural values and traditions. These values shall make them better citizens and equip them with the required arsenals of knowledge so as to contribute towards reshaping the future of our great Nation.

In this quest of excellence, I exhort all stakeholders including teachers and parents to put in their sincere efforts, provide every support to students in bringing a qualitative improvement in teaching learning process for effective and long-lasting knowledge outcomes.
