Hearty Greetings to All! I take this opportunity to express my warm wishes to students and  Teaching/Support staff of  Air Force  School  Gurgaon for a  successful  academic session ahead. I recollect the words of Thomas Edison that “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration”, so our work defines us. Let’s be inspired by the Sun and burn like it to shine high and bright. There is a famous shloka in our Sanskrit: “ न चौरहार्यं न च राजहार्यं, न भ्रातृभाज्यं न च भारकारि। व्यये कृते वर्धते एव नित्यं विद्याधनं सर्वधन‌ं प्रधानम्!” – It implies that, wealth of knowledge is the most superior wealth as neither it can be stolen by thieves nor it can be divided among brothers. If spent regularly it keeps growing day by day. I sincerely  urge  the teachers and parents to invest in these young students who are  torch bearers and the future. The generation today is multi-talented, tech-savy , spirited, ambitious but also sensitive .It is our duty to nurture these young minds with high quality education driven by our rich cultural values and traditions. It is these values that shall make them better citizens and contribute towards reshaping the future of this Great Nation. In this quest of excellence, we request the support and welcome the suggestions by all the stakeholders including parents.
