I did my Masters in Food Technology and worked in pharmaceutical industry and Distillery to explore Pharma and Food processing sector. Currently I am working as an auditor and train for private and regulatory Organic standards. I feel proud of our AFS and all the teachers who gave their best to make our future bright, now I realized their efforts which shaped my career. When I recently visited my school I witnessed many changes, all for good. I suggest you all to believe in your teachers and be proud that you are part of this league.

I am very passionate about my work and always look forward to learn new things and improve my skills. My journey started at Air Force School Gurgaon. The school was like my second home. Friends, cultural programs, games periods, picnic, not to forget the studies…. I wish I could go back there. My teachers …. OMG, they are the best. I want to tell my juniors that believe in yourself. Life is going to through new challenges at you each day but you must learn to tackle them with a smile on your face and a cheerful heart.  There is just one best way to live your life and that’s only by focusing on your action and leaving the rest to the situation.

I spent 10 memorable years in AFS which laid the foundation stone of whatever I set out to achieve in life. Apart from excellent academic experience, school taught me how to carve a niche for yourself. School staff motivated and prepared us to face risks head on and allowed us to be the best version of ourselves. My time spent at school paved the path towards an enriching and fulfilling career and life.

I spent 10 good years at AFS, Gurgaon which nurtured and gave me a platform to go out and express myself. I’ll forever be indebted to care and guidance given by teachers. I was always interested in trying out new things and teachers at school always encouraged us to put our best foot forward. I went on to join Indian Army and it’s Motor Cycle Rider Display Team “Dare Devils”, which had always been my dream and established a World Record as Team Captain, this thirst for adventure would never have been possible without the validation of each small step that was given to me at a very young age at school. I’ll be forever grateful and I cherish my fond memories at AFS.

Studying at AFS was truly the best phase of my life, and I say this not only because I was a part of this institution for 12 years, but also because of everything it blessed me with along the way. AFS’ USP lies in its perfect balance between academics and extracurricular, and the availability of various activities that ensure there is something for everyone. It acted as the wind beneath my wings and the teachers showered consistent encouragement.

Professionally, I have been working as a writer, the roots of which were laid during my final years in school. It’s because of the grooming I received at a young age that has helped me both personally and professionally. I am so proud to have been a part of the school and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
